DBD Arena is a free, fan-made, non-commercial community platform for organizing competitive custom matches of the game Dead by Daylight. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Behaviour Interactive Inc. Dead by Daylight, all killer and survivor names, characters and related imagery are trademarks and copyrights of Behaviour Interactive Inc. and/or their respective licensors, used here only to identify game content for a fan community under their fan content guidelines. We will remove any material at a rights holder's request.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required for Dead by Daylight in your region, and old enough to use Discord. You sign in through Discord; you are responsible for your account. One account per person - alternate accounts, rating manipulation, win-trading and boosting are prohibited.

No cheating, harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, impersonation, spam, or illegal content - in chat, profiles, usernames, pictures or reports. Evidence links and profile pictures you submit must be content you have the right to share. Filing knowingly false reports is a violation.

You keep ownership of content you post (bios, messages, links, pictures) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display it as part of operating the platform. We may remove any content at any time for any reason.

Staff may warn, restrict, temporarily ban or permanently ban any account, adjust or void ratings and match results, and remove content, at their sole discretion, with or without notice. Ratings, levels and match records have no monetary value.

When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar and email address. We also store your matches, chat messages, profile details you provide, your matchmaking region, and your IP address (used only for security and anti-abuse, e.g. detecting alternate accounts - never sold or shared). Session cookies are used solely to keep you logged in. We do not sell personal data or run ads. To delete your account and data, contact the site owner via Discord and we will remove it within a reasonable time.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of ratings, or preservation of any data. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBD Arena and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, ratings, or reputation, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed 0 EUR, reflecting that this is a free service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of DBD Arena from claims arising out of your content, your conduct on the platform, or your violation of these terms or any third party's rights.

We may update these terms at any time - continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or shut down the service, or any account, at any time. Sections 7-9 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
